Acid Mist Absorber - PP/PPS

The PP/PPS acid mist absorber uses an alkaline scrubbing solution to absorb and neutralize acid mist in industrial exhaust gas. Its corrosion-resistant construction is suitable for applications involving acidic gases and chemical solutions.

Working Principle

Exhaust gas enters the tower and contacts an alkaline scrubbing solution, such as NaOH, in counter-current or crossflow. Acid mist is physically absorbed and neutralized to form a dissolved salt solution. The treated gas then passes through a mist eliminator before discharge.
