PP Recirculating Aquaculture Tank

Hot-melt-welded PP tanks are available in round, square, and custom shapes. Combined with a recirculating water-treatment system, they support water reuse in intensive aquaculture, hatchery, temporary-holding, and ornamental-water applications.

Construction and Specifications

▪  Material: Impact- and aging-resistant PP sheet in selectable thicknesses from 8 to 20 mm.

▪  Tank shape and size: Round, square, or custom construction; round tanks are available in diameters from 1 to 10 m for different production scales.

▪  Drainage design: Conical or bowl-shaped bottom drainage, dual outlets, and side drainage rapidly remove residual feed and waste.

▪  Water circulation: Optional micro-aeration and water-circulation units help eliminate stagnant zones.
